Worthy U
Worthy U was developed to create a supportive space for youth to come together and connect more deeply to themselves and others. By developing self-awareness in community, youth are given the opportunity to understand more about themselves and develop the tools they need to drive their own empowerment from within.
Each Worthy U session explores a theme through self-inquiry questions, guided meditations, conversation and the wisdom of nature. All practices invite participants on a journey of deeper listening, empowerment, and connection. Each lesson is developed to teach participants how to move from inquiry into action.
Worthy U can be offered and customized in a variety of different ways. You can gather your friends and host your own group, join one of our virtual groups, or bring Worthy U to the classroom; all of which can be modified in length to meet your classroom needs.
“I would just like to thank you for opening my eyes to see how awesome I am as well as sparking a new confidence in me that I never knew I had. I will be forever grateful for the lessons Worthy U not only taught me but everyone in the class.”

Worthy U Loved As You Are 8 Week-program
Love: This week invites you to get curious about self-love and self-care. What does self-love mean to you? What are the ways that you meet yourself with love?
Kindness: Kindness is contagious! This week explores the ways we speak to ourselves and the ways we can bring kindness to ourselves and others.
Listening: Explore emotions as we listen to the messages they bring us & how they feel in the body. We will play with deep listening in a creative partner practice.
Boundaries: Boundaries are a way of expressing who we are. We will connect with what is true for you by exploring what you think, feel, want, like and value.
Support: This week brings awareness to defining what support means to you by exploring the ways you feel supported, who in your life supports you, how you support yourself, and the ways you support others.
Truth: Don’t believe everything you think! This lesson explores our thoughts and our relationship to truth.
Creativity: This lesson invites you to get curious about creativity and allows you to co-create something creative in a group.
Wisdom: Part of this week's practice invites you to reflect on the wisdom you have learned through Loved as You Are by creating a web of words, uh-ha moments, inspiration, curiosities and things to remember.
